What’s new: Peer Review is a new standard solution that manages and tracks your Peer Reviews and performance improvement plans within your organization.

How it benefits you: This tool helps to streamline the peer review process by guiding users through standard review workflows, providing options to configure your process by role or by need, and supplying notification templates to increase efficiency.

Solution overview:

• Included are three types of Peer Review cases: Provider, Nurse, and Resident. Peer Review cases allow clients to manage multiple individual Peer Reviews related to a single case all on a single record.

• Within each case type, you can further configure each individual Peer Review form to meet your organization's needs, such as creating forms specific to each provider's role.

• Origami Peer Reviews also include standard sections for Peer Review Committees to complete their review and summarize findings and next steps. This includes a Performance Improvement Plan, if needed.

• This new solution also supports mail merge functionality to generate letters of finding, automated workflows that can be further configured to your organizations' needs, and integrations with other functions in Origami, such as Incidents.

What’s New: Our 5 Why Diagrams for Root Cause Analysis now have extended functionality in terms of flexibility and ease of use with a cleaner look and feel. For example, you are able to insert additional “why’s” and legs to your diagram until you get to your root cause as opposed to being constricted to a set number.
